October 16, 2024 – The City of Bacolod, together with DSWD VI and Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla, Jr., organized an Assistance to Individuals in Crisis (AICS) payout today at the UNO-R Gym, Bacolod City.

Led by Mayor Albee Benitez, together with Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla, Jr., Councilors Thaddy Sayson, Israel Salanga, Cindy Rojas, Em Ang, Jason Villarosa, Kalaw Puentevella, Celia Flor, and Pao Sy, Cong. Greg Gasataya, Bobby Rojas, Caesar Distrito, Homer Bais, Dino Yulo, Dindo Ramos, Special Assistant to the Mayor Engr. Mae Cuaycong, and representatives coming from the DSWD-Region VI.

During the event, Sen. Bong Revilla’s bills were shared such as the Senate Bill 11909 or known as the “Permanent Validity of the Certificates of Live Birth, Death, and Marriage Act” and the Senate Bill No. 11983 or known as the “New Philippine Passport Act”.

With a number of 2,500 recipients, each individual received Php 2,000 each.
