The City of Smiles, Bacolod, is selected as one of the five cities for the 2024 Innovation and Creative Entrepreneurship (ICE) Creative Cities Program.

Selected by the DTI Creative Industries Development Office, Bacolod along with Iligan, Koronadal, San Fernando in La Union, and Tagbilaran will receive specialized support to develop and sustain creative roadmaps, and position them for potential UNESCO Creative City recognition.
