Jayvee Fuentebella, a former monitored child under the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), has made headlines after topping the 2025 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination (ECTLE).

Hailing from Bacolod City, Jayvee earned the highest score of 95 percent, sharing the top spot with four other examinees out of a total of 2,411 test takers.

He was warmly welcomed at the Bacolod City Government Center, where he celebrated this milestone with his mother, Bacolod City DSSD Head, Ms. Richelle Verdeprado Mangga, DSWD City Action Teamleader Ryan Cezar, and City Link Sweetly Lalisa

His success is proof that with perseverance and support, dreams are possible no matter where you come from.
