Highlight Weekend Slated for October 17 to 19; First-Ever Grand After-Party Set for October 26

The vibrant spirit of Bacolod will come alive once again as the MassKara Festival 2025 officially runs from October 1 to 19, with the Highlight Weekend set for October 17, 18, and 19.

The schedule aligns with City Ordinance No. 09-17-820, as amended by Resolution No. 249, Series of 2025.

The Bacolod Gugma Foundation Inc., in coordination with the City Government of Bacolod, announced the earlier festival dates to address long-standing concerns from vendors and small entrepreneurs who have faced challenges due to unpredictable weather during the latter part of October.
