In accordance with SP Resolution No. 248 s. 2025 and SP Resolution No. 249, s. 2025, the Bacolod Masskara Festival Highlights was set from the fourth Sunday of October to the third Sunday of October.

This adjustment aims to minimize the impact of severe weather disturbances, ensuring the smooth operations of vendors and allowing Bacolodnons to fully enjoy the festivities.
