Specifically, section 15 on the Preparation of the Schedule of the Market Values, which states “…All provincial, city, and municipal assessors shall publish the proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMVs) for at least two weeks prior to the public consultation and hearing, in the Official website of the LGU concerned.”
