
The Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CHRMP), together with the City of Bacolod and the Civil Service Commission (CSC), held the Provincial HR Practitioners Assembly 2025 last April 11 at the L’Fisher Hotel, Bacolod City.
Present were Mayor Albee Benitez, CHRMP President and the Human Resource Management Services (HRMS) Head Erman Aguirre, Aseametrics Vice President for Talent Enhancement Group Mark Flores, Anti-Red Tape Authority – Region VI Chief Administrative Officer Josephine Venus D. Castillo, Management Information Technology Computer Services (MITCS) Head Ramon De Los Reyes, CSC-Region VI Acting Regional Director Atty. Erna T. Elizan, and CSC Negros Occidental Director II Atty. Phillip Bernard H. Capadosa, along with various LGUs, City Colleges, DepEd, and other participants across Negros Occidental.
In his special message, Mayor Albee Benitez emphasized that Human Resource (HR) should be at the top of their game as they ensure that duties are fulfilled.
With the theme, “The New HR Toolkit: Making Artificial Intelligence (AI), Skills, and Transformation Work for You,” the event aims to identify HR trends for the future of work, AI’s capability to enhance HR processes in the public sector, and the application of strategies for an inclusive and adaptive learning in HR development programs
The topics featured were the New HR Toolkit, ARTA Best Practices in Digitalization, Bacolod’s Digital Innovation in Governance with QR Codes, and CSC updates.
