Requirements for Returning Residents / Locally Stranded Individuals

1. Negative RT-PCR Test (either nasal swab from ANY laboratory OR saliva TEST from Philippine Red Cross Only) within 72 hours validity from point of origin.

Requirements for Retuning Overseas Filipinos ROF

    1. Flight details to Bacolod

    2. Negative RT-PCR Test (either nasal swab from ANY laboratory OR saliva TEST from Philippine Red Cross ONLY) within 72 hours validity from point of origin.

    3. Passport ID with stamp upon arrival in the Philippines

OFW

Updated guidelines for  Overseas Filipino Workers.

ATTENTION:
 In compliance withe the National IATF Resolution No. 101, all travelers are required to sign up with https://s-pass.ph/
to process their Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) including all ROF, OFW and Non-essential Travel.

OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKER
Please coordinate with OWWA Help Desk upon arrival in the Philippines. Travel requirements for OFW (OWWA Member) to be submitted in S-PASS.ph for issuance of TCP (Travel Coordination Permit) are the following:

1. Negative RT-PCR test (nasal swab or saliva from the Philippine Red Cross ONLY) within 72 hours validity from point of origin
2. PASSPORT

Process your TCP after you comply all the requirements prior with your travel. Please be guided accordingly. FOr inquiries and further clarification, please call the Office of the Councilor Israel Salannga at (034) 435-3604 or 0930-133-7332 or 0961-655-1745 or 0998-446-3434.

For S-PASS registration and processing TCP:

1. To register with S-PASS visit https://s-pass.ph/
      and register using your cellphone number
2. Once registered with S-PASS, you can log in to your acccount and click on “Are you travelling” option to start processing your TCP
3. You will then be redirected to a series of questions regarding details of your travel.
4. After filling up the question and details, you need to attached the requirements indicated for OFW.
5. Once all the necessary details and attachments have been submitted, a temporary/pending TCP will be generated containing information of your travel.
6. All your documents will be verified before the Approval of your TCP, so make sure to submit the complete list of requirements.
7. Once approved, a final TCP will be generated which you can access with your S-PASS account.
