National President of China Fire Protection Association
Visits Bacolod

    Mr. Sun Liu, National President of the China Fire Protection Association from Bejing, China, will be here Monday for a Goodwill Tour upon the invitation of the Association of Philippine Volunteer Fire Brigade, of which our Bacolod Amity Volunteer Fire Brigade is a member. This is according to Carlos Ganihong, President of the Bacolod Amity Volunteer Fire Brigade.
     Per Mr. Ganihong, this visit was agreed upon last October during the National Fire Expo in Bejing, where our Philippine Fire Brigade was invited.
     Other members of Mr. Liu's party are: Asst. Secretary General of the China Fire Protection Ass'n. Xu Demao, Asst. Director of the Public Security Ministry Zhang Qin Glin of Pian Jin City, Exec. Director of Shan Xi Provincial Fire Protection Ass'n Leng Li, Executive Director of Fujian Fire Protection Ass'n. Huang Songyu, Deputy Supt. of Bejing Fire Protection Ass'n. Training Institute Miao De Zhi and Asst. General Manager of Xian Sheng San Er Electronics Company He Jun.
     These gentlemen are Fire Marshals of their respective provinces, according to Mr. Ganihong. (CMO-PIO)
