Bacolod SK to present Halloween Night Special

    The Committee on Socio-Cultural Development of the Bacolod Sangguniang Kabataan Federation will present a Halloween night special entitle - "Tigkalalag 2004" on Sunday, October 31, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Bacolod Public Plaza. Various contests and games are open to all barangays citywide such as bone hunting, "pauwang" and "harina" contests. Highlights of the program are the Halloween Costume Design Contest and Halloween Mask Design Contest. Participants should come to the Public Plaza one hour before the program wearing their Halloween costume or bring their originally designed masks, said the SK President XL dela Rosa.
     Rene Tahum, SK Chairman of Brgy. Alangilan, chairs the Committee on Socio Cultural Development with SK Chairman Udrick Magbanua, Jr. and Andrew Leyes of Brgy. 39 and Villamonte respectively as committee members.
     Only 10 entries shall be accommodated for each contest. Application forms are available at SK Office. Deadline for submission of entries is on October 27, 2004. For more details, visit the SK Federation Office or contact SK Chairman Rene Tahum at telephone number 709-3720
     Dela Rosa said that 12 SK Chairman in the city are attending the 3rd Visayas Rizal Youth Leadership Institute to be held at DECS Center, Lahug, Cebu City on October 27-30, 2004.
